  • One-on-One Personal Training:

    Functional and multi-planar training sessions are carefully designed to increase body awareness, self-awareness, and optimize all dimensions of physical fitness and wellbeing. I will help you to maximize your true strength through proper alignment, range of motion, variation and key exercises specific to your individual needs. No one workout will ever be the same and I will push you beyond the limits you have set for yourself and perhaps the limits others have set for you. Overcome excuses and become your BEST self with my training and mentoring. You can become your own inspiration when you meet and exceed your goals with my coaching. Move far beyond your comfort zone with the safest and most effective approach to fitness and wellness.

  • 60 Minute Sessions**

    Full hour of personal training includes flexibility, full volume of training and multiple variation of exercises geared toward achieving your goals, proper cool-down, and more.

    Online Personal Training

    Stay accountable with my complete online fitness coaching program! Best for those who are ready to┬ácommit to getting healthier and stronger in the convenience of their chosen time and place. Online training program includes personalized fitness training with tailored workouts to your needs (gym/in-home). Access to Trainerize coaching app with check-in and accountability for each workout. Weekly 15 minute check-in call. Unlimited Voxer. Access to FB Coaching Group and private webinars. App’s and tool recommendations. Choose from 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month customized programs.

  • Payment

    All sessions must be paid in full prior to booking. Payments may be made online via PayPal, or in person by cash or check. Packages of 24+ may be split into 2 monthly payments.

  • Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations must be given at least 24 hours notification. Any session considered a no-show will be charged and forfeited.
    *Locations may include resort, private gym, hiking etc. Extra fees may apply depending upon location.

  • **Referral Program

    Receive 2 free 60 minute personal training sessions with each new client referral who purchases a package of 6+.
