I met Sherrie about 4 years ago when I was looking for a trainer to help me take my fitness to the next level and compete in my first Figure competition. Sherrie helped me to be successful at this goal then, and has continued to help me grow in my knowledge in health and fitness. Just a few months ago, I had been struggling with health issues that not only were debilitating, but a mystery as to what was really causing them. With her nutritional knowledge and excellent training techniques, she helped me to overcome my health challenges naturally and succeed at my fitness goals once again.
